1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we take full accountability. We’ll provide a full refund or a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We’ll promptly arrange a refund or a replacement.
3. Customized Items
Please note that personalized/customized auto parts are final sale, except when they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such cases, we’ll reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
